Business Development Manager - Asset (Muar branch)

Responsibilities

  1. Solicit and market loan and products to sole-props, partnerships, and professional bodies.
  2. Build networking and establish relationships with professionals and business associations to acquire a new customer base.
  3. Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide good after-sales service.
  4. Provide consistent service, support, and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Business Banking umbrella from time to time.
  5. Provide support to the Head of Business Banking in achieving team targets.

Qualifications

  1. Degree, higher diploma, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or sales-related capacity (as a Relationship Manager or Mobile Sales) with some credit background.
  3. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  4. Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  5. Ability to speak several languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
