Job Responsibility
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier.
- Sourcing and purchase items required in tender, monitor project costing and sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors for successful completion of Projects.
- Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date
- Pre-tendering process includes tender evaluation, calculation of quantities, checking the materials needed, price comparison, submission of tender and tender interview (if required).
- Work closely with site team
- Knowledge in preparing cost proposals for new projects
- Knowledge in prepare quotation and prepare tender documents are an added advantage
- Knowledge in landscapes works is an added value
- Knowledge in handling site paper works (PQP, Safety, etc)
- Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably candidate who works with Builders / Main Contractors previously and familiarize with construction contracts
- Minimum of 2 years experience in QS with construction firm
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office application
- Possess good interpersonal communications skills, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
