KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To update OR serial number
• Print daily ticketing report for every counter based on DCS received
• Match each Ticketing report with each closing form & EOD report from treasury
• Update E-wallet (report EW, EW reconcile, EW retail and EW does not refund)
• Update online ticket reports
• Update credit card & matching the credit card slip with settlement.
• Update Sales Report send email together with voucher to sales dept every Friday.
• Update credit term & send invoice listing together with voucher for 1st half and 2nd half to Sales Dept.
• To update staff tickets purchased to send to the Ticketing department.
• To perform filing after monthly closing
• To update the cash book
• Prepare any ad hoc report/assignment as and when required
• Assist the performance of the Finance Department
• To perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
• Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal skills while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.
• Being able to work in shifts, on Weekends, Public Holidays, and whenever required to cater on the business needs, will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD WATER PARK, SUNWAY CITY, IPOH, PERAK.
