Job Responsibility
- Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company.
- Provide information, advice, and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries.
- Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding parcels with delivery problems, residual issues, or other related problems.
- Conduct problem analysis and performance evaluations.
- Present solutions to delivery problems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies to be applied in effective management.
- Work on other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Days
6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Kuching, Sarawak
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics Management, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address immediate issues.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Able to work on a rotational shift.
