Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibility

  1. Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company.
  2. Provide information, advice, and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries.
  3. Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding parcels with delivery problems, residual issues, or other related problems.
  4. Conduct problem analysis and performance evaluations.
  5. Present solutions to delivery problems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies to be applied in effective management.
  7. Work on other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Working Days

6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Working Location

Kuching, Sarawak

Job Requirements

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  2. Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics Management, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address immediate issues.
  5. Able to work well under pressure.
  6. Able to work on a rotational shift.
