Department Overview An engineering team that specializes in the development of world class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission critical market. Job Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead/Manage all aspects of product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing.
- Able to manage engineering and also project of the software for the products.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders from SW development, System Test, PDM, SCM, Quality and Hardware.
- Responsible in timeline alignment and resources management.
- Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
- Responsible to meet project's deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.
- Manage team's performance and quality metrics.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with a minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managerial position.
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, and ability to lead the team to drive issues to closure are essential.
- Highly motivated to learn and adapt to fast-changing technologies and environments.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are required.
- Agile SW development and Software PLC.
