Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CNC Milling/Lathe Technical Supervisor at Micron Concept Aerostructures Sdn Bhd located in Shah Alam. As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing CNC milling and lathe operations. You will be required to collaborate with team members, ensure production targets are met, troubleshoot machine issues, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Programming and Machining skills
• Experience in teaching and training
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling and lathe operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
