Job Responsibility
- Customer relationship management includes attending to consumer needs, concerns & complaints; and to provide general health knowledge on a timely manner
- Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers
- Performing health screenings including customer's blood pressure and blood sugar level.
- Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target
- Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements
- Provide nutritional training and briefing to the team
- Manage Companyâs website, Facebook, Instagram, members club or other social media
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time
- Bachelor of Nutrition / Bachelor of Dietetics
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates as required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
- Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Computer Literate
- Analytical, decisive, and committed in achieving company preset objectives
