- Building and executing an AI/ML and Big Data Strategy and roadmap across all businesses and functions
- Identifying opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to build, test, and validate predictive models
- Working closely with businesses to ensure that the insights created from the AI/ML models are effectively translated into action that creates business impact.
- Providing first class machine learning and strategic input to projects and ongoing operations; leading thinking and strategic planning for design, implementation and direction of AI/ML initiatives and able to get business leaders excited based on the ability to drive business impact using AI/ML strategies.
- To continuously improve and maintain the existing consolidated Big Data platform, whilst driving adoption and business values across all businesses
- Understand working in a compliance based and regulated environment, including building, deploying, and supporting secure software throughout the AI/ML and Big Data development life cycle.
- Strong mathematical, statistical or actuarial background
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in UiPath project
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Relevant certifications, such as UiPath Advanced RPA Developer will have added advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
