Job Responsibility
- To attend to all litigation matters and be able to attend Court matters.
- Drafting pleadings, cause papers, and submission.
- Preparing legal opinion, and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
- Prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients.
- To attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified Practicing Certificates or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, reliable, committed, and with a good and positive working attitude.
- Applicants who can communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin because need to liaise with the concerned client base.
- Experience in handling client portfolio
- Basic Salary up to RM 9,000 + EPF + AL + ML + SOCSO
