Requirement
- Responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, handling complaints, explaining the work performed and charges to the customers.
- To liaise with customers to identify the mechanical problems with a vehicle and suggest corrective measures.
- Liaising with Service Admin on Repair Order (RO) preparation to disclose service appointment, costing, supplies, and labor required for service and calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
- To provide the technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
