Job Description:

  1. Answering and redirecting phone calls
  2. Handling emails and other forms of correspondence
  3. Organising and maintaining files and records
  4. Managing office supplies and inventory
  5. Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  6. Manage and organize the front desk
  7. Support the Office Manager on all administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year working in the service or administrative industry preferred
  2. Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
  3. Verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to follow administrative procedures
