Job Description:
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Handling emails and other forms of correspondence
- Organising and maintaining files and records
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Manage and organize the front desk
- Support the Office Manager on all administrative tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 1 year working in the service or administrative industry preferred
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow administrative procedures
