Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the quality and standard of food and service to customers are maintained at the highest level.
  • Achieve company sales targets by leading the service crew in ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting, and up-selling our products/promotions.
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, leading, motivating, coaching, and disciplining all new Supervisors and Station Crews to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
  • Respond efficiently and appropriately to customer complaints.
  • Ensure the smooth daily operations and availability of sufficient manpower for the restaurant.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Organize and control cost and inventory of stock and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Work closely and communicate efficiently with all relevant departments for any matters related to the smooth running of the restaurant operation.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Observe physical condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks of food safety, including conducting inspections at the restaurant.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the F&B industry would be advantageous.
  • Possess leadership, excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Mature, dynamic, and committed team leader.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
