Your role

• Provide corporate legal, secretarial and compliance support
• Prepare, review, and negotiate business agreements and contracts
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business
• Provide timely and reliable legal advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters
• Assist in corporate transactions and exercises, such as preparation of documentations for corporate exercises, maintaining corporate record books
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Your profile

• Degree in Law, admitted to the Bar
• 3 to 5 years’ working experience gained from a reputable law firm
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to draft and close commercial agreements independently
• Creative, proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to understand issues from both legal and business perspectives
• Require the ability to multi task across competing demands of internal teams, Business Units and external parties
• The role requires an emphatic and practical person who pays attention to details and yet can view the bigger picture
