Key Roles

  1. Ensure timely payroll processing and accuracy of payroll data.
  2. Handle full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, training, etc.
  3. Ensure proper organization and traceability of departmental filing system.
  4. Manage performance evaluation, counselling, grievances, and discipline.
  5. Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview process.
  6. Oversee staff attendance, movements, and leave management.
  7. Handle staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
  8. Provide support for administrative tasks.
  9. Liaise with statutory bodies.

We are looking for someone with

  1. Practical experience in Human Resource / Admin functions.
  2. Diploma or above in any relevant field.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Trilingual ability is an added advantage (ENG/BM/中文).
  5. Candidates must be available to work in Masai Area.
