- Ensure timely payroll processing and accuracy of payroll data.
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions: payroll, recruitment, training, etc.
- Ensure proper organization and traceability of departmental filing system.
- Manage performance evaluation, counselling, grievances, and discipline.
- Implement effective talent sourcing, screening, and interview process.
- Oversee staff attendance, movements, and leave management.
- Handle staff benefits, medicals, insurance, and related matters.
- Provide support for administrative tasks.
- Liaise with statutory bodies.

- Practical experience in Human Resource / Admin functions.
- Diploma or above in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Trilingual ability is an added advantage (ENG/BM/中文).
- Candidates must be available to work in Masai Area.
