Job Responsibility

- Manage the supervision and management of construction activities to assign projects and assist to implement and monitor the construction standard of procedure (SOP).
- Conduct work planning and sequencing of the construction operation to the project quality plan.
- Evaluate, resolve, and report discrepancies and problems arising during the progress of construction work that affected the quality of works performed.
- Conduct daily briefings with the site team and follow up on work progress to anticipate any possible delay in planned tasks.
- Coordinated project work such as additional and alteration work, maintenance, and defects work.
- To monitor the quality of works done by sub-contractors, workers, and items delivered to the site.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skills: MS Office, Excel, MS Project, CPM, etc.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in the managerial construction industry.
- Possess a positive attitude, and ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
