Job Description

1. Lead end-to-end ERP solution implementation, covering project definition, initiation, execution, and closure.
2. Interface with stakeholders including project personnel and business users to understand project requirements.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans for tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
4. Monitor project progress and implement changes as needed to maintain project alignment with objectives.
5. Document status updates and deliver presentations to key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
6. Identify, track, and manage project issues, risks, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Manage changes to project scope through formal project change requests.
8. Facilitate communication between the client and project team, overseeing workshops, testing sessions, training, and issue resolution.
9. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure project success.
10. Undertake additional activities as directed by management or as necessitated by project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

1. Possess a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. Demonstrate a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in managing multiple complex IT projects, with a preference for ERP cloud-based/SaaS implementation.
3. Exhibit proficiency in managing cloud-based solution implementations.
4. Showcase exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders.
5. Display excellent communication and presentation abilities.
6. Proficiently utilize project management tools like MS Project, Clarizen, Jira, etc.
7. Possess project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc., which is considered an added advantage.
