Job Description

• Coordinate the workflow of multiple products that need to be prepared by the team on a timely basis.
• Plan and prioritize operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
• Assess the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to fulfill production demands.
• Handle any issues that arise during production and strive to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare and submit reports on the status and performance of production.
• Work closely with the production warehouse and sales teams.
• Occasionally take on other assigned duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records including reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Certificate in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome if you are willing to learn.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & simple computer knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
