Job Description
- Coordinate the workflow of multiple products that need to be prepared by the team on a timely basis.
- Plan and prioritize operations to optimize performance and minimize delays.
- Assess the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to fulfill production demands.
- Handle any issues that arise during production and strive to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and submit reports on the status and performance of production.
- Work closely with the production warehouse and sales teams.
- Occasionally take on other assigned duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records including reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Certificate in a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if you are willing to learn.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & simple computer knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
