Manufacturing Engineer (Agriculture)

Requirement

• Responsible for planning and directing the work and progress of operations.
• Provide guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors. Communicate financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports.
• Work with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; and resolving problems.
