Job Description

What you need to do:

• Maintain good customer relations
• Record and monitor cooperative and bank payments
• Seek opportunities for new sales
• Fast learner
• Self-motivated
• Enjoys asking questions and providing ideas
• Fluent in spoken and written Malay
• Disciplined, committed, and results-oriented
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Office-based work only (9:00 am-6:00 pm)
• Work From Home (WFH) allowed after 3 months (based on evaluation)

Job Requirements

Required :

• Language Required : Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Proven experience working as a telesales executive is a plus.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to follow scripts.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
