Job Responsibility
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database General Admin work.
- Personal Assistant - To attend to all personal assistant matters including administrative and research support duties in confidential manner.
- Monitor deliverable and making sure all HOD provide an update timely to the Directors
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with HR experience are an added advantage.
- Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office (Word/Excel and PowerPoint)
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Secretarial/ Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Confident working alongside at all levels with both clients and internal parties.
- Self-initiated with minimal supervision and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able exercise good judgement in facilitating client meetings, monitoring reports and providing administrative support.
- Able to work independently, responsibly, team player.
- Problem solver & Decision maker.
