Job Responsibility

To develop a positive working relationship with customers and other department staff.
To serve as a mentor to the juniors.
To conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and milestones.
Provide advice or involve in solution design for third-party system integration with our solution.
To develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
To compare operational progress against planned project objectives and suggest corrective actions for variances.
To conduct technical training for customer.
Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
Review the project information to identify the risks and opportunities and present IT to the key leaders.
To involve in helpdesk support team in providing technical support when needed.
To assist in developing output, process modification, and new components of business application.
To develop knowledge on programming and analytical skills and processes.
To develop a positive working relationship with customers and other department staff.
To serve as a mentor to the juniors.
To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.

Job Requirements

Possesses BachelorÃ¢s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 yearsÃ¢ experience in software development experience.
Familiar with Java/J2EE web technologies and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate.
Familiar with Frontend scripting Ã¢ JavaScript / Typescript.
Basic knowledges in HTML, CSS, JQuery, SQL, REST API.
Excellent team player, good communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willing to learn new technologies and share to colleagues.
Ability to cope and self-arrangement on multiple tasks assigned.
