Job Responsibility
- Ensuring the clinic operates efficiently , effectively and in orderly manner to ensure compliance of SOP procedures at all times. (Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring that all clinical services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner)
- Provide leadership and direction to the clinic staff, including setting goals, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment, in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare information systems, such as electronic health records ( HR) and practice management software.
- Maintain effective communication with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure a well-coordinated clinic operation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes as well as clinic efficiency.
- Able to communicate & write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management, strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Preferably with experience in training others
