Job Responsibility As a Teammate, You Must
- Provide customer satisfaction and experience

- Has call experience (a plus but not required, fresh graduate is very much encouraged to apply)
- Able to speak in Cantonese. This is required as Teammates will provide support for Hong Kong customers.
- Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills
- Meets the typing requirement (30WPM for Voice)
- Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Is flexible and can quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
