Job Description

The ecosystem of Integrated Cloud Solution ("ICS") consists of Accounting, Payroll, E-Commerce, Inventory and many more. Each of the Cloud Software plays an important role in business operation. Therefore, we must understand well about them before we give our best Cloud Solution to our clients.

Your key roles as Senior Cloud Account Executive:

• Enter all transactions into Cloud Accounting Software
• Manage Account Receivables and Account Payables
• Monthly account closing
• Implement Cloud Accounting into businesses and possibly involved in integration with other cloud software
• Ensure all Cloud Software integration goes smoothly
• Be Tech-Savvy - to automate processes with the latest integration in Cloud Software
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent on a yearly basis

Connect people to the Cloud:

• To understand clients' needs and provide the best Cloud Solution with the best practice

Onboard - Train - Implement - Support (OTIS):

• Pass on your knowledge and experiences about Cloud Accounting Software and other integrations (You will learn the most when you are a trainer!)
• From client on-board until the end of the implementation of Cloud Solution while ensuring accurate information is synced between each integration

Happy Client, Happy Life:

• To ensure a high satisfactory level of clients towards our Cloud Solutions

Shine Like A Star:

• Be our spokesperson. You would be given opportunities to speak in front of people about us and our awesome products and services

Know Your Stuff:

• To keep yourself updated constantly with the latest Cloud Solutions and understand the features and impacts

Job Requirements
