Job Description:

We're searching for experienced Retail Store Managers to oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, and drive sales in our stores. From managing staff and inventory to ensuring exceptional customer service and implementing business strategies, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Maintain high store standards and foster a positive environment.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
4. Motivate the team to increase sales and efficiency.
5. Analyze sales figures and forecast future volumes to maximize profits.
6. Manage inventory levels and make key decisions on stock control.
7. Implement measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
8. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
9. Stay updated on market trends and identify sales opportunities.
10. Manage store budget and allocate funds appropriately.
11. Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
12. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing feedback and evaluations.
13. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, or related field.
2. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
3. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
4. Customer service-oriented with knowledge of business management processes.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
7. Proficiency in English.
8. Skills in retail management software.
9. Flexibility to work various shifts.
