Job Description

Responsible for:

1. Auto Packing Machine at SSD BE
2. Equipment incurred Quality Incident Investigation & CAPA
3. Troubleshooting & repair hard down
4. Hands-on in new Installation, Buyoff & Qualification
5. Verifying & Buyoff Sustaining team Preventive Maintenance quality
6. Equipment related document release & update (WI, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide)
7. Involvement in equipment quality & process Audit
8. Initiating & completing Improvement Project to support the organization goal
9. Managing Spare Part Inventory in Warehouse

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.
2. 2+ years of equipment engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
3. Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.
5. Well-versed in DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool.
