Responsibilities
- Research and write CARMA’s flagship marketing reports
- Personally curate, edit, and produce industry leading content that positively impacts CARMA’s brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with business goals, target audience, and brand messaging.
- In conjunction with Marketing, Sales and our Insights team, develop engaging content for a diverse range of purposes and channels including website, social media, user guides, presentations, customer collateral, newsletters.
- Contribute to CARMA’s marketing activities with compelling articles and commentary on events and trends.
- Manage complex quantitative and qualitative media analysis projects to provide clients with high-level reporting on their media performance and corporate reputation.
- Analyse and interpret mainstream, social media, and market research data sets to provide meaningful insights for clients and CARMA marketing reports.
- Design and lead complex integrated research projects
- Design visually compelling reports via PowerPoint, Tableau and other tools
- Manage your portfolio of projects to ensure reports are of exceptional quality and delivered by deadline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, PR, Journalism or similar.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, journalism, market research and/or measurement and evaluation (essential)
- Advanced Skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- Degree in Media, Communications or Public Relations (essential)
