Ensuring site equipment maintenance regime is fully complied with to maintain and enhance plant availability.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Review and monitor the operation of all sites to ensure compliance with best practices and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge in Mechanical: control valves, rotating equipment; Electrical: single phase and three phase power systems; Instrumentation: PLC systems, SCADA, transmitters, and analytical equipment.
• Implement and manage an effective maintenance program in coordination with customers.
• Identify and monitor quality and performance indicators to achieve KPI targets.
• Analyze production and maintenance reports to detect and correct problems.
• Optimize site activities and ensure equipment maintenance compliance to enhance plant availability.
• Adhere to safety, quality assurance, and risk management protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date plant documentation, including Operating Manuals and SOPs.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues and ensure compliance with IMS, HSEQ, and local legislation.
• Respond to emergencies and provide support and advice as needed.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electronics & Instrumentation) or relevant field.
• Less than 3 years working experience in industrial gas plants or similar industry with hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and create a teamwork atmosphere.
• Ability to work with all levels of people and build relationships with customers.
