About the role:
As a Senior Account and Admin, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
- Taxation: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. Assist in tax planning and provide guidance on tax-related matters. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to ensure efficient office operations, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies and inventory to maintain timely availability and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with proficiency and professionalism.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings accurately. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries regarding billing and accounts promptly.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in the field of accounting
- Extensive experience in taxation is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local accounting regulations and practices.
