Key Roles & Resposibilities:
a) Provide clinical and technical application support for all surgical casesaccording to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control andobserving patient safety as first priority.
b) Provide professional support to our customers. Develop and maintaingoodrapport and positive working relationship with the Healthcare Providers(Doctors, Nurses, others that may be related)
c) The application support takes on many forms and shapes, rangingfromtechnical support with equipment / instruments to clinical applicationsupport across a wide range of surgical procedures also some productsrequired to be assembled to patient directly at hospital or patient’s home.
d) Identify business opportunities while attending to cases or interactingwithcustomers and users and pass on the information/leads to the Sales Teamforfollow up.
e) Work closely with the Sales Team to attend customers at government andprivate hospital and as well with others (patients and their carers) to meet thecommitment.
f) Join the Sales Team at times and demonstrate the use of the products tolendcredibility to the value of the products and technical expertise of the Companyto help secure the sales.
g) Compulsory to attend monthly meeting and trainings arranged by superior.
h) Involved in marketing activities, such as organizing conferenceparticipation/workshops, CME and be present at booth during conference.
i) Flexible to work closely with the Technical Maintenance Department teamofeach hospital and other supplier.
j) At least bachelor's / post graduate diploma / professional degree in engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science or equivalent.
