Job Responsibility
- Roast, grind and brew coffee using various methods through espresso machines, might introduce more brewing method in future
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee with art tea, mocktails and others according to cafe standard
- Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
- Responsible for stock arrangement
- Greet and connect with every customer
- Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
- Ensure high quality of service
- Clean glasses and additional utensils.
- Clean area (grease trap).
- Sanitize tools and maintain hygiene at all times.
- Monitor station inventory levels.
- Use the FIFO system every time you take raw material.
- Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Skilled at latte art, multiple espresso machines
- Skilled at customer service.
- Uniform
- Staff Meal
- EPF and SOCSO Contribution.
