Internship Sales Support and Admin Clerk Intern

Overview: Support the Sales Team in daily sales order processing, administrative tasks, inventory updates, and coordination with internal departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing sales orders and verifying product, quantity, pricing, and delivery details.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow up on order-related matters.
- Update inventory records and sales reports accurately.
- Assist in checking product quantity and quality to minimize order errors and delays.
- Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain on orders, stock availability, and shipments.
- Support Key Account and Retail teams with GWP and product replacement arrangements.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight potential shortages to the relevant team.
- Assist with general sales administration, data entry, and ad-hoc tasks.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administrative, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively._
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities with tight deadlines._
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
