Job Responsibility

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Food and Drink Prep: Prepare and serve menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized cafe, including equipment and workspace.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Food Safety: Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure food and beverages meet quality standards.
• Upselling: Suggest additional items to boost sales.
• Inventory: Monitor and restock supplies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain cafe equipment.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and open to new tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Preferably in coffee preparation or similar roles.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and service abilities.
• Coffee and Food Knowledge: Understanding of coffee types and basic menu items.
• Hygiene Awareness: Adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Collaboration with coworkers.
• Work Hours: Ability to work from 8:00-18:00.
• Experience: Previous experience can be a plus.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications in food handling and typhoid injection.
• Language Skills: Multilingual abilities can be advantageous.
• Location: Able to work at Damansara Perdana.
