The Training Specialist will develop engaging training materials for Eats365’s customers and external parties. You will use your experience to produce webinars, video tutorials, training tools, and course materials that offer practical tips and insights on the evolving F&B industry while showcasing how Eats365’s products empower restaurants to achieve success. 

The goal is to educate through the Academy, while also highlighting the value of Eats365’s products, ultimately driving sales growth. Your training materials will inspire the F&B community to think of Eats365 as the go-to brand when opening a restaurant. 

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum for current and future Eats365 users to derive maximum use and benefit of our products
• Produce pre-recorded training sessions for webinars, release notes summaries, and LMS integration
• Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to develop training plans and materials
• Produce and deliver timely, engaging, and impactful training (in-person and online) and documentation to support the company’s strategic goal

What You’ll Need:

• University graduate with at least 3 years experience in Learning/Training and designing impactful and compelling programs from scratch
• Confident and capable of delivering high-quality content through webinars, online and in-person classes
• Persuasive and articulate communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal skills; anticipative and proactive; training-focused while being commercial-minded
• Passion for technology and up-to-date with new ways to deliver training programs with maximum outreach and impact to our customers in HK and beyond; knowledge in a variety of training mediums including webinars, YouTube, etc.
