Job Description
- Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs, such as document management, office supplies procurement, and distribution.
- Assist in arranging meetings and activities, make meeting records and follow up.
- Receive visiting customers and show the professional image of the company.
- Process employee attendance, reimbursement, and other matters.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, major is not limited.
- Administrative work experience is preferred.
- Skilled in the use of office software, with good word processing skills.
- Meticulous and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills.
