About You
The Service Consultant entails identifying Body & Paint problems with vehicles during vehicle check-in to ASC/EC, gathering vehicle condition information with Pre-Inspection, and drafting orders for repairs to be done. The key person will be communicating with related departments to understand the issue, such as repair cost and time.
Your Day-to-Day
- Refer to all the related inspection reports and listen to Body & Paint technical team professionals.
- Comment on issues and symptoms of the vehicle for a better understanding of what the vehicle problem is.
- Perform Pre-Inspections to narrow down the cause of the problem.
- Calculate and provide customers with an estimate of expenses for resolving the problem.
- Explain the process to related parties so they understand what to expect and when the vehicle will be repaired.
- Record vehicle information gathered in the appropriate database.
Your Know-How
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the After Sales division.
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Advanced skills in computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, dynamic, and possess integrity.
- Organized, patient, and good work etiquette.
- Automotive Engineering related course.
