Job Responsibility
- Willing to travel and onsite to Data center/customer sites for break fix and projects.
- Willing to travel overseas to work.
- Coordinate actively with team members in meeting all Service Level Agreement required by client.
- Follow serverâs maintenance guide and work follows all maintenance SOP rules and regulation.
- Communicate with onsite engineers and companyâs management level.
- Be flexible and ready to be activated by any urgent matters.
- Work closely with internal departments.
- Handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Basic IT project management, like servers and network equipment installation.
- Stocks management for parts and equipment.
- IT Project management skills.
- Basic Linux commands.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in IT-related industries.
- Can start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
- Meticulous and Good communication skills, English and Mandarin specific
- Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the organization.
- Possess server maintenance engineer experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work shift duties.
- Trainings will be provided.
- Must have driving license and vehicle to work.
- Willing to work on shift and standby.
- Able to work under pressure.
