Job Description

Job Summary

• Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality and cycle time targets

Key Responsibilities

• Follow 5S, safety regulation and quality standard at all the Time
• Comply with company policies, EHS requirement and industry regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
• Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output , quality and cycle time targets

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Degree 
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in a Production Supervisor role in semiconductor
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point
