Product Manager / Marketing Planner

Product Manager at LLL Inc. Location : Full Remote (Malaysia-based) Experience : 3+ years About The Role Shape the direction of our products (like Tsunagu) and services. Work on product strategy, market research, feature planning, and go-to-market initiatives for both client projects and in-house products. Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Gather and prioritize user requirements and feedback
- Create product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior
- Plan marketing campaigns and content strategy
- Manage product launches and feature releases
- 3+ years of product management or marketing planning experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product roadmap planning
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Good English communication
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) — plus
- Experience with SaaS or community platform products
- Technical background or understanding of software development
- Experience in ASEAN or Japanese markets
- Marketing or growth hacking experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
