Product Manager / Marketing Planner

Location : Full Remote (Malaysia-based) Experience : 3+ years
About The Role
Shape the direction of our products (like Tsunagu) and services. Work on product strategy, market research, feature planning, and go-to-market initiatives for both client projects and in-house products.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Gather and prioritize user requirements and feedback
Create product specifications and user stories
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies
Analyze product metrics and user behavior
Plan marketing campaigns and content strategy
Manage product launches and feature releases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of product management or marketing planning experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with product roadmap planning
Understanding of agile development methodologies
Data-driven decision making abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Good English communication
Preferred Qualifications
Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) — plus
Experience with SaaS or community platform products
Technical background or understanding of software development
Experience in ASEAN or Japanese markets
Marketing or growth hacking experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
