About the Role: As a Talent Recruiter you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent, conducting market research, and building strong candidate relationships. What you'll be doing:
- Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions.
- Conducting research on industry trends, target companies, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Fresh Graduate or Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical skills, and a desire to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possibility to convert to Permanent staff upon completion of internship based on performance
