Job Summary:
The Sales Admin is responsible for hosting customers at the showroom, guiding them the renovation solution for custom modular cabinets, and providing basic suggestions on color choices and material guidelines. The role involves ensuring that customer selections align with their budget by providing information on different price points for various board materials. Additionally, the Sales Admin is tasked with updating quotations based on customer selections.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, where the employee will work onsite at the showroom when hosting customers and can work from home when not hosting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Hosting:
- Host and present modular cabinet solution at our showroom
- Assist customers in selecting color boards for modular cabinets.
- Provide a friendly and professional customer experience.
- Color and Material Guidance:
- Offer basic suggestions on color choices that match customer preferences and home decor.
- Provide guidelines on different board materials and their characteristics.
- Ensure customers are aware of the price differences between various materials.
- Quotation Updates:
- Update and prepare quotations based on customer selections.
- Ensure quotations are accurate and reflect the correct pricing for the selected materials.
- Communicate any changes in quotations to the customer promptly.
- Customer Budget Management:
- Help customers stay within their budget by suggesting cost-effective options.
- Explain the benefits and limitations of different materials in relation to their cost.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of customer interactions and selections in the system.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in the showroom.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education in interior design or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
