Project Supervisor

As an Installation Supervisor at KONE, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of installation projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead teams, manage customer relationships, and oversee the entire installation process, from handover to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

What will you be doing?

1. Managing and supervising installation projects from sales handover to client handover and maintenance.
2. Ensuring on-time, safe, and high-quality delivery of KONE solutions within budget.
3. Acting as the primary KONE interface for customers and stakeholders throughout the installation process.
4. Managing site preparations, material deliveries, resource planning, and site execution.
5. Controlling project costs and maintaining accurate project documentation.
6. Driving site safety culture and environmental management.
7. Managing the installation team to meet deadlines.
8. Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards are met.
9. Accepting new tasks from time to time from the superior.
