Senior Manager, Enterprise & International Business
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets in the enterprise and international business sectors.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement sales and pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
• Ensure the achievement of marketing objectives and results for the enterprise and international business segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Arrange and conduct regular meetings with key enterprise and international clients to address outstanding matters, gather feedback, and identify new requirements.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the enterprise and international business units.
• Streamline processes and workflows to improve operational performance.
• Motivate and develop the sales team by identifying suitable training programmes and mentorship opportunities.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide guidance for professional growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with multinational network operator customers, partners, government agencies, and authorities to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
• Manage contract negotiations and pricing agreements with enterprise and international business clients to secure favourable terms for the organisation.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to optimise resource allocation and support business planning.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
• An advanced degree such as MBA is an advantage.
• Proven experience in enterprise and international business management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales and pricing strategies, market trends, and international business dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performance sales teams.
• Proficiency in using technology, data analytics, and CRM systems for business optimisation.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to drive results and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel internationally as and when required by the Company. Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• An advanced degree such as MBA is an advantage.
