Job Description :

The Core Objectives:

  1. Provide support and assistance to end-users with any Salesforce CRM inquiries or issues.
  2. Support the Regional CRM Manager on Salesforce CRM related project activities.
  3. To support and be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our Salesforce CRM program.
  4. Work closely with Technical Solutions team on Salesforce CRM issue resolution or change request tickets.
  5. Be a Salesforce CRM expert to our users.
  6. Extract and analyze Salesforce reports to aid decision-making processes.
  7. Collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and customizations aligned with business requirements.

Requirements :

Essential Experience / Criteria:

  1. CRM internal user support experience. Rendering support to our internal CRM users (sales, operations, etc) on systems process questions and issue resolutions.
  2. Tech savvy.
  3. Good communicator - ability to explain clearly to business and tech working stakeholders.
  4. Change management advocate.
  5. Self-motivated with a desire to contribute to a successful roll-out & maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platform.

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

  1. Salesforce CRM internal user support experience.
  2. Experience in drafting process flow charts.
  3. Experience working in tech/hyper-growth companies.

Location : First Avenue, Petaling Jaya

Duration : 12 months renewable contract.
