Job Responsibility Responsibilitiesï¼
- Provide administrative support to the operation and sales department, including managing and organizing key documents and data
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision, ensuring all payments and receipts are processed accurately and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation and submission of foreign worker visa applications and related documents to government departments or relevant agencies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Write appointment letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters
- Key in supplier invoices and payment vouchers, and maintain a well-organized filing system
- Handle online payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail.
- Trilingual in Malay, Mandarin and English.
- No working experience is required, training will be provided.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
