React Native Developer

Our Client is a next-generation FuelFleet payments solution that helps businesses save money, deter fraud, and streamline all fleet-related expense management.

Job Description

1. Develop, test, and maintain responsive and optimized user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experience across devices using React Native applications.
2. Implement state management using React's features and/or libraries like Redux or Recoil.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team at large in software design sessions, code reviews, teaching, and other engineering activities.
4. Collaborate with other team members including the frontend and backend development team and product team.
5. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for our projects.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Mobile Development, or related field.
2. Proven industrial experience (preferred at least 3 years) and a proven track record showing proficiency in React Native development.
3. Deep understanding of core React Native development concepts, including application architectures, lifecycles, user interface layout and customization, and components. This includes making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and manage states in an optimized manner.
4. Development experience that is of practical use such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
5. Solid understanding of web services and RESTful web APIs, core platform, and popular third-party frameworks/libraries for asynchronous programming.
6. Experience with version control systems like Git.
7. Familiarity with testing methodology (unit, integration, and UI tests) for Linux, MacOS, or other UNIX-like systems, frontend or backend web development, and functional reactive programming (e.g., RxJS) is a good to have experience.
