Job Responsibility    Personal Assistant's roles:Â
- Help with daily time management.
- Schedule Director's meetings and appointments.
- Making travel arrangement include flights & accommodation.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls, emails and messages.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director as instructed.
- Any other required ad-hoc.
- In-charge monthly utility documentation and summary input.
- Handle hostel related matters including hostel rules, name list maintenance, tenancy renewal & related matters.
- Application of electricity and water supply upon new tenancy.
- Prepare new employment contracts and monitor contract timelines to ensure timely renewal.
- Follow up for terminated units and response to landlord's requirement.
- Any other required ad-hoc.
- Minimum diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English, Mandarin & Malay.
- Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Trustworthy, hardworking, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
