Responsibilities:
- Growth in number of new distributors and increase in distributor revenue.
- Develop key success criteria for distributor recruitment.
- Have a strong pipeline of potential new distributors fitting to success criteria.
- Onboard new distributors and ensure existing distributors are self-sufficient in terms of pricing, technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors, providing ongoing support to ensure they meet their aligned GDA order and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives for distributors.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust distributor strategies accordingly.
- Carry out other duties as required/determined by direct superior.
