Job Responsibility

  • Acting as the first point of contact by handling correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Controlling access to the manager/executive and screening and directing phone calls.
  • Providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • Handling emails and other correspondences, including drafting and preparing documents
  • Scheduling appointments and paying bills.
  • Managing calendar and handling financial matters as required.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking personal errands and tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy is essential.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
