Job Responsibility
- Acting as the first point of contact by handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Controlling access to the manager/executive and screening and directing phone calls.
- Providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- Handling emails and other correspondences, including drafting and preparing documents
- Scheduling appointments and paying bills.
- Managing calendar and handling financial matters as required.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking personal errands and tasks as needed
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy is essential.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
