Job Description

Project Organization:
1. Develop a work plan based on key work points and the actual situation of the project, and regularly summarize the work;
2. Responsible for organizing training preparations, hosting class training sessions, and ensuring the smooth progress of the training;
3. Focus on key project issues, including creating an overall training atmosphere, etc.

Professional Support:
4. Planning and organizing participant activities (including planning proposals, participant enterprise visits, outdoor training, mobile classrooms, business inspections, salons);
5. Responsible for supervising and guiding participants to complete homework for respective courses, ensuring the effective transformation of learned content;
6. Responsible for organizing outstanding participants into enterprises, including planning for enterprise service content.

Sales Support:
7. Responsible for sales support for open courses, through demand excavation and analysis of prospective participants, matching them with corresponding product solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than three years of work experience, with excellent appearance and temperament preferred;
• Excellent verbal expression and organizational coordination abilities; fluent speaking in English and Mandarin.
• Sharp insight and problem analysis skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and service awareness;
• Passionate about the education sector and seeking long-term development within the industry;
• Priority given to those with experience in university class management or the training industry;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
